Aiga is an amazing trainer. She has the Patience of a saint. Laser focused on You and only you while in training. Her dedication and love for what she does is noticed in the love and support she gives her clients. I am for sure, maybe one of her most “Interesting and complicated clients.” The reason I say this is because I came to Aiga when I was in a bad place. When we first met, she asked what our goal was in training. My husband answered that he wanted to lose a couple pounds. When it was my turn I answered that all I wanted to do was roll over and not be in so much physical pain. I have a lot of back issues and limitations. Not only has she help me reach this goal but as well lose weight. I went from a size 18 to a 14 ...XXL to a Large. She inspires me to do better, to forgive myself when I mess up, to keep going forward and to never give up.

In the past, I have had two other trainers. Both were qualified and expected me to endure a rigorous workout each session, which in turn sounds adequate.. A trained dancer myself, I was up for the challenge, but soon realized that my target goals have not been approached efficiently. Meeting Aiga, I quickly sensed that each session was tailored and geared for me; exclusively targeting my intended goals AND goals that I never even imagined! Every Body type is different but understanding/finding approaches to that is not only important but vital, in order to reach a point of success(es). There is plan of action that is considered each private session, and although each exercise can be rigorous there is Intent & Purpose behind each exercise executed. I personally needed a trainer that would notice if I was an “inch”off or if my “form” was lacking; the precise and immediacy is what I have been search of all these years, and Aiga has all those qualities. Quality training. What more can I say?!

Aiga is an amazing trainer, and nutrition coach! If you follow her plan you will reach your goals! At first she got my body used to working out again, now we’re doing a lot of moves that I never thought I’d be doing. She got me in a better mental state that I am now excited to get to the gym every day and challange myself to do better. She can tell what your favorite movements are, what you struggle with and will help you find a balance. If you have any issues or injuries she will keep an eye on them as you work out to make sure you are ok, and the movements are correct and always makes sure things aren’t painful. She makes a workout a good time and will always challenge you in a to keep improving. I look forward to my sessions with her. Hiring her was one of the best decisions I’ve made. She’s completely understanding, positive, experienced, and knows her stuff!

I have been working with Aiga for almost six months and feel so much stronger! She has sthe ability to push me all the way to my breaking point, but not beyond. She believes in me and encourages me, and she makes me want to do everything she asks me to, even when I don't think I can. She is reliable, fun, creative and although I am always tired when we are done with a workout I am never bored. I wouold highly recommend her if you are looking for a partner to help you be your best
